Lauren Farquhar, Co-owner, Designer

Lauren has been a commercial interior designer since 2006. First hotels and restaurants in New York, then retail prototype stores and residential urban developments in Cincinnati. After completing the renovation of our home, she knew it was time for more rehab projects. Now she's a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker West Shell and enjoys the combination of design and real estate.

Josh Jansen, Co-owner

Josh is a self-taught rehabber. When he moved into our house in 2008, he didn't have much to spend on renovations, so he did all the work himself. He has always loved older, historic homes and architecture and became interested in rehabbing/flipping as he saw OTR developing around him.
